Congratulations to the girls and boys volleyball team on a successful season.  Thank you to Ms. Lazurko, Ms. Miles, Mr. Stock and Miss Torgunrud for coaching. 
 
Conference day was very successful.  Thank you to everyone who supported the book fair and SCC clothing sale.  The clothing sale remains active until Tuesday, November 22, 2016.

Week at a Glance - November 14 - 18

Last week our school took time to remember those who sacrificed and served for Canada at the Remembrance Day program.  Thank you to the students who performed during the program.  Thank you also to the community members who attended. 
 
This week we wish our boys and girls volleyball teams’ good luck as they participate in quarter and semifinals.   Go Jaguars! 
 
During conferences we are looking forward to spending time with each family discussing progress and making plans for the rest of the school year. On conference day please take advantage of the book fair and clothing orders.

Welcome to Education Week: “Celebrating Today, Preparing for Tomorrow”

This year for Education Week we are taking some time to celebrate the great things happening in our school as we prepare students for the future.  We will start the week off with Ice Cream Sundaes for all our students on  Sundae Monday as we celebrate our community’s efforts to raise $6 600 for Terry Fox.  All week long we will be recognizing students by awarding them with “Caught Ya” draw ballots for their positive contributions.  We will wrap up the week with some fun a staff vs student volleyball teams game.  Here is what else is happening…
